Practical thinking on web design, WordPress, and getting found online.

Your website is usually the first thing a customer checks and the last thing you have time to fix. We build the kind that holds up when someone lands on it cold, knowing nothing about you. LibLab creates accessible digital services and user-focused experiences — clarity, performance, and continuous improvement.

FAQ

Common questions.

How long does a website take to build?

Most landing pages go live within one to two weeks. Company profile sites usually take two to four weeks, and custom builds depend on scope. We give you a firm timeline in the proposal, before work begins.

What do you need from me to get started?

A conversation, first. After that we will ask for your brand assets, any existing content, and a sense of what you want the site to achieve. If you do not have content ready, we can write it for you.

Do I own the website when it is finished?

Yes, completely. The site, the domain, and the content are yours. We do not lock anything behind our accounts.

Do you work with clients outside Indonesia?

Most of our clients are. We work with founders and teams across different time zones, and we keep communication async and documented so nothing depends on catching each other live.

What happens after the site goes live?

We stay available. Every project includes a support period after launch, and we offer ongoing maintenance if you would rather not think about updates, backups, and security yourself.

Can you work on an existing website instead of building a new one?

Yes. We handle redesigns, performance fixes, and SEO improvements on sites we did not build. A site audit is usually the right place to start.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on scope, but we quote a fixed price upfront so you know exactly what you are paying before anything starts. Tell us what you need and we will send a number, not a range.

Let's start with your homepage.

Send us the URL and tell us what you sell. We'll come back with what your pages are currently targeting, which is often nothing, and what they should be going after instead.
